Vardaghbyur, the road forks, the right branch leading to Musayelyan
(till 1946 Boz Gyugh)
with S. Trdat church of
1894, and an interesting medieval
graveyard behind it, with interesting ram shaped
tombstones. The
road then switchbacks over the mountain (not passable until May)
some 35 km to Tashir, through a beautiful, stark, treeless
landscape. |
